Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

• Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–45 business days.
• Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–20business days.
• Local Delivery/Pickup – Available for customers within 5km range or kigali.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 Shipping/ Delivering Rates

• Shipping/delivering costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free shipping/delivery is available on orders over $10,000 within Rwanda

 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to:

• Domestic – All major cities and towns within Rwanda
• International – East African countries, Great, lakes Region Africa. Additional customs charges may apply (see Section 6).

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes set by the destination country.

• These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

 Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
• For lost shipments, please notify us so we can open a claim with the courier.
