Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, quotations, and deliveries made by the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Orders & Acceptance

• All orders must be submitted in writing (including email or purchase order).
• Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in RWF and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms are before deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at 5% per month.

Delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates only and the Company is not liable for delays.
• Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
• Ownership of the Goods remains with the Company until payment in full is received.

Returns & Refunds

• The Company will accept returns only if agreed in advance and the Goods are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 24hrs of delivery.
• Special-order or custom items are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 days after inspection of returned Goods.

 Warranties & Liability

• The Company warrants that Goods will conform to their description at the time of delivery.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• The Customer’s sole remedy for defective Goods is repair, replacement, or refund, at the Company’s discretion.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or supply shortages.

 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda government. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rwanda.

 Amendments

The Company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on its official website or otherwise notifying Customers.
